Location: Idaho Falls, ID

Project Code: ROCKY1STMP
Statement
Rocky Mountain Diabetes Center was founded in the early 1980s. They provide comprehensive diabetes and other endocrine care to adults and children. They also provide diabetes self-management education and carry out clinical research.
In this project we were tasked with providing Idaho office furniture to outfit five office areas, four of which consisted of open plan spaces. We utilized a variety of desk models to provide each of these spaces with distinct cubicle layouts.
The first open office space, Area A, features three L shaped workstations placed against the back wall of the open office area. We created a comprehensive office storage solution by providing each cubicle workstation with a box box file, a file file pedestal, an office cubicle shelf, and an overhead office storage bin. A freestanding 5 drawer lateral file was introduced for additional filing storage.
Our office space planners skillfully designed an open office cubicles layout for Area B, based upon the client’s requirements, combining different sizes of L shaped cubicle desks with straight desk counter tops to optimize the office space available.
In Area C, we provided 6 additional powered L shaped cubicles and a cluster of two cubicles with glass panels, plexi screens and office counter tops that acts as a transaction counter to facilitate exchanges between coworkers or visitors. To create an element of visual and practical continuity, we teamed each of the cubicle workstations with the same office storage options as described above.
Our client also requested a small office setup designed for short-term or temporary use. We specified eight of our most basic hoteling stations, each with a pencil drawer and an office overhead storage unit to answer these requirements.
All cubicle desks are powered workstations and share the same office color pallet. Our team of designers combined neutral cubicle fabric panels (in Century Dew) with white desk tops (in White Nebula) in all the cubicle and hoteling workstations, to create a homogeneous and peaceful aesthetic throughout the office space.
